Email security@reconloom.com with a concise report. Security reports are handled through this address during pre-launch; no formal response-time SLA is currently published.
What to include
Provide a concise description, the affected product surface, a reproduction summary, expected versus observed behavior and a safe way to follow up.
What not to send initially
Do not include secrets, full licence material, customer source files or unnecessary personal data in the first report. A safer transfer method can be arranged if evidence is needed.
Current pre-launch status
External security review, production incident procedures and operational response evidence remain to be completed before commercial launch.
