These pre-launch Terms / EULA describe the intended product boundaries. They are not final commercial terms and require legal approval before paid distribution.
Use of the software
Users remain responsible for ensuring they are authorized to process their source data and for the mappings, reconciliation policies, review decisions and exported results they choose to use.
Product scope
ReconLoom is software tooling. It does not replace professional accounting, audit, legal, tax or regulatory advice.
Local processing and network access
Source files are processed locally by default. Checkout, activation, renewal and entitlement refresh may require network access and limited licence or subscription metadata.
Pre-launch Pro trial
Pre-launch Pro trial access may be limited by completed reconciliation count and browser-local state. Trial availability does not create a paid subscription or guarantee future commercial availability.
Before commercial launch
Final operator identity, pricing, refund terms, governing law, supported territories, liability language, consumer rights, suspension and termination terms require legal approval before commercial release.
