Bank and ledger reconciliation

Compare bank and ledger exports with the matching rules visible.

Use the existing Financial workflow to reconcile structured bank and ledger exports when references, amounts, dates, signs or posting timing do not line up perfectly.

A practical bank-to-ledger workflow

  1. Import.Choose supported bank and ledger exports from Source A and Source B.
  2. Map.Assign reference and other matching fields, amount, currency, date and any supported custom fields deliberately.
  3. Configure.Set sign polarity, exact-match rules, amount/date tolerances and normalization. Optional group matching is available with Pro and during the Pro trial.
  4. Reconcile & Review.Review exact/tolerance outcomes and, when Pro group matching is used, group outcomes, together with conflicts, invalid records and unmatched transactions.
  5. Finalize.Resolve or explicitly ignore remaining exceptions and finalize the reviewed Financial result before export.
  6. Export.Create the supported local report from the finalized Financial result.

Bank export

Reference, transaction amount, currency and date can be mapped from the bank-side file.

Ledger export

Map the corresponding matching fields even when column names or positions differ.

Reviewable differences

Keep unmatched, duplicate/conflict and invalid records visible rather than forcing a match.
