Payment reconciliation

Reconcile payment and settlement exports without hiding exceptions.

Use ReconLoom Financial mode when two structured payment-related exports represent corresponding transactions but differ in layout, naming, timing or source system.

How the existing workflow maps to payment reconciliation

  1. Import.Choose the supported payment, settlement, processor or internal CSV/XLS/XLSX exports you are authorized to compare.
  2. Map.Map reference and other matching fields, amount, currency, date and other supported fields explicitly.
  3. Configure.Choose sign, normalization, exact-match rules and amount/date tolerances. Optional group matching is available with Pro and during the Pro trial.
  4. Reconcile & Review.Run deterministic matching and inspect conflicts, invalid rows and one-sided transactions instead of silently guessing.
  5. Finalize.Resolve or explicitly ignore remaining exceptions and finalize the reviewed Financial result.
  6. Export.Create the supported local CSV or XLSX report from the finalized result.

Typical reference

Payment reference, settlement reference or another matching field that both exports genuinely share.

Typical comparisons

Amount, currency, date and other explicitly mapped supported fields.

Useful exception states

Duplicate candidates, invalid rows, source-only records and transactions that remain unresolved under the configured rules.
